Cancellation Policy
We require 1 week (7 days) notice before the day of arrival, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit is only refundable if a booking is cancelled a MINIMUM of 1 week (7 days) before the day of arrival.
Please note our cancellation policy is different during the Calgary Stampede.
Cancellation Policy During Calgary Stampede
Due to the popularity of the Calgary Stampede, we require 3 weeks (21 days) notice before the day of arrival, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit is only refundable if a booking is cancelled a MINIMUM of 3 weeks (21 days) before the day of arrival.
No Shows
Guests failing to arrive within 24 hours of their day of arrival without informing Novel Bed & Breakfast of their delay/cancellation shall be considered to have cancelled their reservation.
